Wadena Hospital will extend the emergency bypass for another 24 hours to Friday, December 11, at 8 a.m. During this time, emergency services will not be available at the facility. Lab/x-ray services are not affected by this disruption.
In the event of an emergency call, 9-1-1 and an ambulance will be dispatched to assist. Non-urgent health-related questions can be directed to the provincial HealthLine 811 by dialing 8-1-1.
Emergency services are available at Kelvington Hospital and Wynyard Hospital.
